Welcome to Plushie Quest. This page explains the ground rules for using the catalog, local wishlist, Momo Notebook, guide pages, forms, and outbound retailer links.

1. Terms of use

Plushie Quest provides a plushie catalog, collector notes, guide pages, and browser-local tracking tools for personal, non-commercial browsing. Please do not misuse forms, scrape the site aggressively, interfere with site features, or submit harmful, spammy, or misleading content.

2. Current affiliate and advertising disclosure

Plushie Quest is not currently part of an affiliate program and does not currently earn commission from retailer links. Retailer and marketplace links are provided as convenience links for context only.

Plushie Quest also does not currently run third-party advertising. If affiliate links, sponsorships, paid placements, advertising, or similar features are added later, this page and nearby link disclosures should be updated clearly before those features go live.

3. Accuracy of information

Plushie names, prices, availability, release dates, sizes, variants, packaging, bundles, photos, and store listings can change quickly. Plushie Quest tries to organize helpful information, but catalog pages should not be treated as purchase guarantees. Always verify details directly with the seller, retailer, or official source before buying.

4. External links

Plushie Quest links to third-party websites it does not control. When you visit a retailer, marketplace, social platform, archive, or other external site, that site's own terms, privacy practices, prices, shipping rules, return policies, and support process apply.

5. Local wishlist and Momo Notebook privacy

Wishlist and Momo Notebook data are stored in your browser using localStorage. Saved plushies, statuses, and private notes are intended to stay on the device and browser where you created them unless export, import, sync, or account features are intentionally added later.

Clearing browser data, using a different browser, or changing devices may remove or hide your local saved data. Plushie Quest is starting with local tools before accounts so the foundation stays simple and private.

6. Corrections, suggestions, and forms

If you submit a contact note, correction, source link, plushie suggestion, or issue report, please avoid sending sensitive personal information. Submissions may be used to improve catalog pages, fix links, clarify descriptions, or plan future content.

7. Cookies, analytics, and future tracking

Plushie Quest is designed to work without real accounts or third-party ads at this time. Basic hosting, security, or form services may still process technical request information. If analytics, advertising, affiliate tools, or other third-party scripts are added later, disclosures should be updated so visitors can understand what changed.

8. Limitation of liability

Plushie Quest is an informational collector site provided as-is. Plushie Quest does not manufacture, sell, ship, inspect, or guarantee plushies listed on the site. Purchases, disputes, returns, shipping problems, and product support requests must be handled with the relevant retailer or seller.
